Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These Ambassador Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals participating in the Mega Tanned Ambassador Programme, operated by M&O Traders Ltd trading as Mega Tanned (“Mega Tanned”, “we”, “us”).

By joining the programme or using an ambassador discount code, the Ambassador agrees to these Terms.

1. Ambassador Relationship

Ambassadors participate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Ambassador and Mega Tanned.

2. Ambassador Code & Purchases

  • All ambassadors are provided with the discount code INF30
  • Ambassadors must purchase their own products using the INF30 code
  • No products are gifted as part of the Ambassador programme
  • Ambassadors must not share, publish, or distribute the INF30 code publicly
  • Any misuse or public sharing of the code may result in removal from the programme.

3. Commission Structure

  • Ambassadors will receive 15% commission on all valid sales generated through their assigned code
  • Commission is calculated on completed and paid orders only
  • Commission is subject to validation and may be paid monthly in line with Mega Tanned’s payment schedule
  • Ambassadors are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on commission earned.

4. Content & Promotion

Ambassadors may:

  • Create and share content featuring Mega Tanned products
  • Promote their personal experience using Mega Tanned products
  • Tag Mega Tanned social media accounts and link products where required

Content expectations, posting frequency, or platform requirements may be outlined separately.

5. Content Guidelines

  • Content must be authentic, accurate, and aligned with the Mega Tanned brand
  • Ambassadors must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims
  • Paid or affiliate content must be disclosed in accordance with advertising standards and platform rules

6. Exclusivity & Competitor Restrictions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Ambassadors must not promote or feature competing tanning or self-tan brands during their participation
  • Competing products must not appear in social media content or account showcases

7. Content Rights

By participating, the Ambassador grants Mega Tanned a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, edit, repost, and repurpose any content created in connection with the ambassador programme for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Ambassadors must not disclose non-public information including:

  • Discount codes
  • Campaign details
  • Sales data or commission structures

This obligation continues after leaving the programme.

9. Termination

Mega Tanned reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse or sharing of the INF30 code
  • Conduct that may damage the Mega Tanned brand

Any unpaid commission may be withheld in cases of breach or misuse.

10. Amendments

Mega Tanned may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and apply throughout the United Kingdom.
