Welcome to Mega Tanned. We are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
- During busy periods such as promotions or holidays, processing may take up to 1–2 additional working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, weather, or customs processing.
3. International Shipping
- International shipping is available to selected countries.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees.
- Mega Tanned is not liable for customs delays, import restrictions, or local postal delays once your parcel leaves the United Kingdom.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if applicable.
- Tracked orders can be monitored using the courier’s online portal.
- Non-tracked services will include an estimated delivery window only.
5. Delays and Delivery Issues
While we aim for all deliveries to arrive on time, Mega Tanned cannot accept responsibility for courier delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact info@megatanned.co.uk within 7 working days of the expected delivery date, and our team will investigate the issue.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Contact info@megatanned.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging.
- Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to Mega Tanned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- Refusal of delivery, or
- Failure to collect from the courier or postal depot within the stated timeframe,
a redelivery fee will apply.
If a refund is issued instead, the original delivery cost will not be refunded, and the redelivery fee will still apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
8. Preorders and Backorders
- For preorder or temporarily unavailable products, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.
- Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
